The AI searches a collection of documents, such as a SharePoint folder, and answers with the source. RAG stands for retrieval-augmented generation: first find, then answer.

Connects several systems, such as file storage, CRM and ERP, into one knowledge layer that is always up to date. It carries over permissions, recognizes connections and works with any AI.
