After launch, we measure against the baseline values from step A. We do this three times at four-week intervals, then quarterly if you want. This shows you what the solution achieves in daily work, and we can make adjustments early.

Do connections and automations run reliably? We fix any problems.
Make adjustments
If values stay below the targets, we look for the cause and adjust the solution, the process or the training.
Handover
Code, documentation and operations go to your team. We remain available for changes and extensions.
Quarterly review
If you want, we then review every quarter how the metrics develop and point out the next levers.
