Where AI really makes a difference for you.

In the free AI Readiness Check, we go through your company with you step by step. We look at which tools you use, what works and what does not, and where processes slow down. From this, we derive opportunities and first hypotheses.

What this is about

Many companies have rolled out Copilot, ChatGPT or Langdock and trained their employees. Employees save some time, but the company’s results do not show it. The reason is rarely the tool. What is usually missing is a clear view of where AI actually creates value in the company.

Duration
about 1 hour, on site or remote
Your effort
One meeting of about an hour with management and one or two people from a business unit or IT. No preparation is needed.
Result
A short report on your current situation, maturity level and first opportunities

What we do

What happens in this step.

  1. Standard questionnaire

Together, we go through tools, processes, data and responsibilities. This gives you a clear picture in a short time, not just an impression.

  2. Talking to the right people

Management and one or two people from a business unit or IT: we ask what has worked so far, what has not, and where daily work loses time and money.

  3. AI maturity level

We place your company at one of four levels: Experimenting, Rolling out, Embedding, Steering. This shows you which next step is realistic.

  4. First hypotheses on impact and effort

For the most promising opportunities, we roughly estimate what they can achieve and how much effort they take.

  5. A look at your company knowledge

We check whether AI can reach your knowledge: documents, file storage, CRM. This is often where the bottleneck is.

AI maturity

Where does your company stand?

  1. Experimenting

Individual employees use AI, often without rules.

  2. Rolling out

Tools are in place and training is done, but results show little change.

  3. Embedding

AI is part of individual processes, knowledge is connected, and metrics are tracked.

  4. Steering

AI is part of core processes, and its impact is measured and managed.

What you get

  • A short report on your current situation
  • Your AI maturity level and the realistic next step
  • Two to five opportunities with an initial assessment of impact and effort
  • An honest assessment of whether a next step is worth it for you

Typical findings

  • Copilot is rolled out, but people use it almost only for emails.
  • Proposals are built from Word templates and knowledge that only a few people have.
  • Specialists spend hours every week searching for documents.
